5 out of 5 starsI was looking for a matching glass to one that I broke. They were a gift from a friend over 15 years ago so it was important for it to be an exact match. Well one Google images search later I found it! A pair actually. The wrapping and packing of these glasses were so well done. Short of the box being run over, these things weren’t going to break in transit! Glasses were as described, and as I already said were an exact match to my newly single glass. So now I have 3. 😁.

What if I receive my item and it is broken?
Items damaged in the mail are very rare, but it does happen. All items are packed with diligent care and insured via shipping insurance. If you receive an item and it is broken, please
1) Keep all packing materials, and take photos of packing and materials.
2) Contact me to see if I have a replacement item. If I do,
A) I shall handle the insurance application and send you a replacement once insurance pays out.
If I do not,
B) you must apply for shipping insurance via USPS or the shipping insurance provider utilized in order to get a refund for the damage from the service that caused the damage.
